End Seals
Printco Industries LLC offers an alternative
to end sealing its enclosed doctor blade systems.
We stock standard foam end seals, (petroleum)
felt end seals and now have special order neoprene
seals. These end seals can be purchased in sizes
to fit our Model 88
or 1200 doctor
blade systems.
The foam, felt and neoprene end seals are quality
seals, each possessing individual advantages.
Foam End Seals
- All purpose - resistant to most fluids
- Ideal for shorter production runs
- Less expensive
Felt End Seals
- Multi-purpose - excellent with water based
inks
- Long production runs
- Last 3 to 5 times longer than foam
Neoprene End Seals
- Multi-purpose seal - best seal for alcohol
based inks
- More durable
- Excellent memory - conforms well to roll
